About the Role
The General Manager - Brand, Marketing & Experience is a key leadership role within Capricorn. Reporting to the Chief People and Experience Officer, this role leads the team to develop and execute an integrated strategy. This role will lead from the front to create positive community experiences, partnering within the organisation to develop and implement strategies to achieve our goals.
Focus of the Role
Create and implement an integrated Brand, Marketing & Experience strategy that aligns with Capricorn’s overall strategy.
Strategically position the Capricorn brand and product and services, to drive growth, engagement and measure success of Capricorn with Members and our broader Community.
Lead everyday with our ACCT values to build an engaged and high performing team across all functional areas.
Partner with the Executive, senior leaders and other stakeholders to build an enabling function driving growth and impact.
Empower the team to build foundational elements to ensure overall growth and impact.
Leverage Technology, data and metrics to drive impact and outcomes for Capricorn and the Broader Community.
Drive accountability, through focused business planning and measurement of goals.
About you
Demonstrated experience in a Chief Experience Officer, or Head of Brand & Marketing role with proven ability to lead, plan and think strategically.
Proven track record of Brand and Marketing expertise and delivery of effective campaigns and strategy driving growth and effectiveness.
Expertise in research and analysis to understand market conditions to facilitate the success of a brand, product or service.
Outstanding communication skills, having delivered multi-mode communications that recognise the unique needs of different audiences.
Demonstrated leadership capability, with the ability to energise, inspire and hold team members to account and deliver on impactful solutions.
A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, or related field, with Post Graduate qualification desirable.
Active membership and participation in key Marketing and Customer Experience groups and industry associations.
