Role Purpose

The Supplier Account Representative position is responsible for developing and implementing sales and service strategies to deliver excellence to Suppliers, to deliver overall business objectives and support with transactional account requests.

Skills, Knowledge, and Attributes

• Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities;

• Demonstrated sales skills in a call centre environment;

• Intermediate skill in the use of Microsoft Office Software Suite;

• Exposure to basic accounting principles (desirable);

• Ability to multi-task updating systems whilst conversing over the phone.

Experience

• 2 years’ experience within a Sales and Service oriented role;

• Previous experience using CRM systems;

• Previous experience in an outbound sales role highly desirable.

• Prior experience with account reconciliation in a service environment where a high level of accuracy is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Completion of Year 12 High School Certificate or equivalent preferred.
