Role Purpose
Manage and oversee the Risk Services team, ensuring efficient handling of Member requests and adherence to compliance requirements and procedure. Support Capricorn Risk Services’ business growth by driving team performance to deliver exceptional Member support and timely documentation.
Skills, Knowledge and Attributes
• Sound knowledge of the Insurance industry.
• Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to coach and develop others and create a positive team environment.
Experience
• Experience in a team leader / supervisory role within a customer service environment.
